Christel Teglers specialises in technology, outsourcing and cyber security.

Christel has particular experience in drafting and negotiating commercial technology contracts, including managed services and outsourcing agreements, agreements for the development, implementation, operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure, and international distribution and cloud agreements. In this context, Christel also advises on dispute resolution in relation to technology and outsourcing projects.

Over the past 10+ years, Christel has gained in-depth experience of senior management's strategic handling of cyber risks, implementation of cyber security across functions and value chains in organisations, and compliance programmes relating to the NIS and DORA regulations. She has extensive practical experience of advising organisations hit by major cyber attacks (ransomware and fraud cases) and on their choice of cyber insurance.

Christel is co-lead of Kromann Reumert's cyber security practice area. She is the lead author of recognised cybersecurity guides and recommendations in the market and is a regular speaker on cybersecurity, risk-based security management, cyber risk tolerance, supply chain risk, NIS2 and DORA.
