Charles Ruck is a partner in both Orange County and New York offices. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate and securities matters. He regularly represents boards of directors in critical transactions, investigations and governance matters. M&A transactions include public company mergers, hostile takeovers, going-private transactions and other strategic acquisitions and divestitures. Corporate finance work includes public and private offerings of both debt and equity securities, representing issuers and underwriters.
