Caitlin Dahl litigates high-stakes business disputes in federal, state, and arbitral venues across the United States.

Caitlin leverages her extensive experience on behalf of individuals, private equity firms, and public companies engaged in “bet-the-company” litigation. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving:

- Breach of contract

- Copyright infringement

- Unfair competition

- Trademark infringement

- Fraud

- Misappropriation of trade secrets

- Violation of restrictive covenants

- Equitable claims

In addition to general commercial disputes, Caitlin handles mass arbitrations, class action lawsuits, and investigations and litigation against multiple government regulators, including the SEC, DOJ, and EPA. Caitlin also advises clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, including pre- and post-litigation due diligence and counseling.

Caitlin also has devoted considerable time to pro bono work, representing students with disabilities, asylum applicants, victims of domestic abuse, a class of prisoners alleging Eighth Amendment violations, and a class of lawful permanent residents seeking to serve in the United States military.

Before joining the firm, Caitlin graduated magna cum laude from Notre Dame Law School, where she participated in the National Appellate Moot Court team.
