Byron Rooney

Byron is a member of Davis Pok’s Capital Markets practice. His practice focuses on advising U.S. and foreign companies on capital-raising transactions, as well as general corporate matters, public company disclosure and governance matters. Byron represents both corporate and financial institution clients across a broad range of transactions, including IPOs, direct listings, SPAC mergers, private placements and other equity offerings, and investment-grade, high-yield and convertible debt offerings.

He has experience across a variety of sectors, including fintech, tech, e-commerce, consumer retail, financials and energy.
