Byron Rooney, Global Vice Chair of Latham’s Capital Markets Practice, advises private and public company clients, as well as investment banks, on a broad range of general corporate and securities matters, with a particular focus on capital-raising transactions, public company disclosure, and corporate governance.

Byron draws on extensive experience to represent clients in:

- Initial public offerings (IPOs) and direct listings

- Mid- and late-stage pre-IPO private placements

- Other equity offerings, including de-SPAC transactions as well as secondary and follow-on offerings

- Investment-grade, high-yield, and convertible debt offerings

Byron advises clients across a variety of industries, including fintech, technology, aerospace and defense, e-commerce, consumer retail, financial services, and energy.
