Professional experience: With over 35 years of experience divided between leading US law firms and JunHe. He practiced in California, Hong Kong, and Shanghai with leading American law firms for over a decade before joining JunHe in 2004. He has successfully represented a wide range of multi-national companies doing business in and with China, and has led complex deals in China involving acquisitions and joint ventures.
