Beth, a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice in Cincinnati, assists employers with the design, implementation and operation of welfare and fringe benefit plans. She guides health plan sponsors through HIPAA privacy and security compliance and assists with responding to and mitigating risks from HIPAA security incidents and breaches. She also consults on claims litigation defense, and she has experience counseling clients on benefits issues arising from corporate transactions.
