Arthur S. Rublin is a Chambers-ranked Banking and Finance Partner whose practice focuses on structured finance capital-markets offerings and related finance transactions. Art’s legal experience spans more than 25 years, a majority of which have been focused on structured finance products, other private funds, and derivative transactions. Art has extensive experience advising asset managers, investment banks and other institutions on structured finance transactions and other complex financings. Art advises clients on related regulatory issues, including Investment Advisers Act, private- placement and risk retention issues.

Art has extensive experience representing arrangers, managers, trustees, investors and trade associations in connection with collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions. Art also advises fund sponsors and insurance company investors in connection with rated feeder fund transactions, and investors and a back-leverage provider in connection with credit risk transfer transactions.
