Art has extensive experience advising asset managers, investment banks and other institutions in structured finance transactions and other complex financings, with a focus on new-issue collateralized loan obligation transactions, resets and refinancings, and warehouse facilities. He advises clients on related regulatory issues, including Investment Advisers Act, private placement and risk retention issues.
