Anouk regularly acts in energy, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and distribution disputes. She has ample experience in both national and international arbitration.
Anouk is a member of Dentons' Civil Antitrust Litigation team that has expert international knowledge. The team consists of lawyers from both the EU Competition and the Litigation practice groups.

OSX Leasing Group B.V.: Acting for the bankruptcy trustee in the Dutch bankruptcy of OSX Leasing B.V., part of a worldwide operating group (OSX) that specializes in the lease of ships and drilling units for the offshore oil & gas industry mainly in Latin America.
Former board members of Oi Brasil Netherlands: Acting for former trust directors of Dutch financing companies of Brazilian telecommunications service provider Oi in litigation against Capricorn Capital, an alleged bondholder of the Dutch financing companies.
IGB, Gradiente, Itautec: Acting for three Brazilian purchasers - IGB Eletrônica, Gradiente and Itautec, of Cathode Ray Tubes (CRT) in proceedings before the Dutch court with regards to a claim for damages resulting from purchases of CRT's product which was subject to a cartel (the CRT Cartel) fined by the European Commission.
