  • Corporate/commercial: The thrust of our disputes work out of Amsterdam consists of a range of corporate litigation such as shareholder disputes, joint venture disputes, securities litigation, directors' and supervisory board members liability. At the same time, on the commercial litigation side, we act in mass and class actions and separately act in contract disputes between businesses including agency, franchise and distribution agreements, and sale/purchase transactions.
  • Cross-border cases: Around 80% of the disputes led out of the Amsterdam office have an international angle.
  • Public-sector/government-related disputes: We handle large, high-stakes and often highly sensitive matters involving both the Dutch state and foreign government departments.
