Andrew leads the Environmental practice group. He represents companies in matters across the U.S. involving the defense of environmental enforcement actions; environmental litigation; permitting; environmental, health and safety compliance matters; assisting with cleanups under state and federal programs; counseling on corporate and real estate transactions and brownfields development; and developing proactive environmental compliance programs. Andrew received his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University, where he was a law and economics Olin Fellow and associate editor of the law journal. Before becoming a lawyer, Andrew worked as an environmental engineer.
