Andrea Fiorelli is a partner in Dentons' Milan office and Head of the Italian Tax practice. He specializes in financial market taxation and fiscal treatment of financial products and UCITS (harmonized or not), focusing on cross-border transactions. He has gained experience in domestic and international corporate merger and acquisition transactions and company restructurings. Moreover – throughout the multiannual experience serving as an officer for the Italian Tax Police and member of the EU anti-fraud unit (OLAF) – he concentrates on tax pre-litigation and litigation matters within tax avoidance disputes, with a focus on judicial and mutual international assistance.
