Allyson Roy

Allyson Roy is a partner in Fasken’s Toronto office and Co-Leader of the Ontario Real Estate Law practice group. She maintains a largely transaction based practice focused on commercial acquisitions, dispositions and real property financings.

Allyson represents international, cross-border and domestic clients in a variety of industries. She routinely acts for property owners, private institutional investors, asset managers, public or para-public organizations, developers, pension funds and pension fund advisors in sophisticated real estate acquisitions and dispositions involving limited partnerships, co-ownerships and joint ventures, portfolios of properties, multi-tenanted properties, and sale and leaseback arrangements. Her experience extends to real property secured lending transactions, where she acts for both borrowers and lenders on bilateral and syndicated acquisition, construction, term and take-out financing.
