He draws on a sophisticated understanding of the market and commercial perspective to advise a full spectrum of market participants, including private credit funds and investment banks.

A pioneer in the private credit space, Alfred has led the practice through multiple market evolutions. He regularly garners top recognition from leading legal authorities, including Chambers and Legal 500.

Alfred is a member of the firm’s Finance Department’s Opinions and Confirmations Committee and formerly served on the Recruiting Committee.
