He is recognized nationwide by several renowned legal directories as a leading lawyer, notably in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate/Commercial Law, Venture Capital Law, Technology Transactions, Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law, and Real Estate Law. Adam has extensive cross-border experience, including managing complex M&A transactions. He is a member of the firm’s US Committee.

Adam’s Corporate/Commercial practice encompasses M&A, venture capital, private equity, and advising emerging technology companies from formation to exit.
