■ Advised Tencent on its US$4.15 billion Global Medium Term Note offering

Antitrust & Competition:

Represented Livent in the China merger filing for its US$10.6 billion merger with Allkem, creating the world’s third largest lithium mining company

■ Serving as monitoring trustee for several high-profile conditional approval cases insemiconductor-related industries

■ Representing a global smartphone manufacturer in several anti-monopoly lawsuits in China

Dispute Resolution:

Represented Red Bull Vitamin Drink Co., Ltd. and prevailed in the second instance trial of a JV registration dispute

■ Represented a Malaysian-invested WFOE in an HKIAC arbitration case arising out of a construction transfer project dispute and the subsequent property preservation and recognition and enforcement proceedings before a Beijing court

■ Represented four investment funds of TCL Group in an SCIA arbitration case concerning a share purchase agreement dispute
