Zoltán has over 25 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on energy and natural resources, project finance, corporate and M&A. His experience encompasses all aspects of energy law, including acquisitions, project development, commercial law, financing and regulatory issues in both national and international energy markets. He regularly represents clients as counsel in international institutional and ad hoc arbitrations under UNCITRAL and ICC Rules. Zoltán also has experience in conducting out of court settlement discussions, facilitating and moderating negotiations between parties upon joint appointment and mandate by the disputing parties. In the past years he has been involved in several domestic and international commercial arbitration proceedings as co-arbitrator or chairman. Zoltán is a regular speaker at energy and arbitration events.

Zoltán is also founder and ex-chairman of the Energy Arbitration Court in Hungary, and since 2008 a listed arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Since 1 January 2024 serves as Board Member of the Hungarian Commercial Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
