Europe Hungary Dispute Resolution

The work covers the full course of a dispute such as pre-trial negotiations, documentation and preparation for trial, summary judgement motions, trial, appeals and enforcement proceedings. Priority is given to mandates that result in litigation / alternative dispute resolution, rather than to advisory or preparatory work. The work should include commercial disputes, arbitration and white-collar crime (in some jurisdictions this is a separate section or subsection). In jurisdictions where there are also separate rankings for more specific areas of litigation (e.g. IP, construction etc.) work relating to these areas will be primarily considered in these more specific areas rather than in the general Dispute Resolution table.
