Mr. Zhixing Chen is a partner of AnJie Broad Law Firm. He has well-rounded and extensive experience in the field of intellectual property litigation and arbitration, trade secrets protection and litigation, civil and commercial disputes resolution.
Prior to joining AnJie Broad Law Firm, Mr. Chen had served as a prestigious judge in Beijing First Intermediate People's Court and Beijing Intellectual Property Court for 8 years, where he handled over 800 various intellectual property cases during his time on the bench.
Mr. Chen concentrates his practice on patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, the full range of IPR as well as arbitration and unfair competition. He has been involved in a large number of high profile and complicated cases for various Chinese and foreign clients ,and has obtained favorable judgments for these clients in litigation and administrative enforcement proceedings. For example, represented a new energy company in a trade secret case, securing a reversal and full compensation of RMB 50 million at the SPC.
