MS. Lin Sun has been devoted to studying and practicing in employment and labor law for nearly 20 years. She is the legal counsel for many well-known domestic and overseas companies, covering the industries of banking and financial, production and manufacturing, medical and health etc.
Ms. Sun has brilliant achievements in resolving complicated issues in HR compliance and management, labor disputes and employee settlements. She represents clients in labor disputes for hundreds of cases every year in most of China’s provinces and cities. Apart from labor dispute arbitration, first instance and second instance, some of the cases have gone through the civil procedures of retrial and protest from procuratorate. Ms. Sun has participated in a number of large-scale personnel resettlement projects for closure and relocation, providing clients with legal services throughout the process.
