Mr. Li has 14 years’ experience in patent matters, especially in the fields of pharmacy, chemical engineering, biotechnology, bioengineering, internet and machinery. He has tremendous experience in patent search, patent draft, patent reexamination, patent validation and patent litigation and can provide comprehensive and efficient legal services for domestic and foreign customers.

Before joining AnJie, Mr. Li was a patent examiner for 11 years. Mr. Li has profound experience in patent examination and outstanding performance. He has substantially examined invention patents over 1, 000 cases; preliminarily examined invention patents over 10, 000 cases; reexamined over 70 cases; engaged PCT international searching over 40 cases; finished patent warning analysis projects over 10 cases. The aforementioned cases he engaged involves numerous fields including medicine, organic chemistry, traditional Chinese medicine, cosmetics, forage, food, dyes, chemical engineering, pesticides, biology and etc. Besides, he also participated in administrative litigations in Beijing Intellectual Property Court and the Higher People’s Court of Beijing as an agent of the Patent Re-examination Board of CNIPA.
