He represented Qualcomm in the Qualcomm v. Apple litigation campaign, acting in more than 10 patent infringement actions and advising across a broader portfolio of related matters. He began his career at Foley & Lardner after earning his J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, then joined Geely Auto Group, where he established and led the IP function and supported IP workstreams relating to Geely’s acquisition of Volvo. He later served as China-based counsel at Morgan, Lewis, handling ITC Section 337 investigations and other cross-border disputes, before joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise in-house, overseeing IP matters across Asia-Pacific and Europe.
