While a seasoned litigator, Hellen has a wealth of experience litigating employment law cases in court and in arbitration, and she has managed complex cases for many renowned enterprises. Hellen leads or participate in the design and implementation of more than 30 staff settlement projects in the process of companies’ relocation, restructuring and dissolution, helping the clients to settle a mass of employees effectively and efficiently.
