Her significant experience includes providing strategic counsel to business executives and HR management on all aspects of the employment relationship, especially in non-competition and trade secret protection, disputes with senior managements, compliance investigation and formulation of rules and regulations. While a seasoned litigator, Hellen has a wealth of experience litigating employment law cases in court and in arbitration, and she has managed complex cases for many renowned enterprises. She strives to help clients reach the best result which often includes avoiding litigation if possible.
