Ms. Song is a full-time antitrust partner at AnJie Law Firm. Before Joining AnJie, she worked in another domestic law firm Grandall. She practices antitrust law since the very first years that China’s Anti-Monopoly Law was enacted and devoted her entire career so far to the practice of antitrust law. Therefore, she has accumulated extensive experience in all types of antitrust cases, including antitrust investigations, private antitrust actions, merger filings and antitrust compliance counselling.
