Kinstellar has successfully advised Kemp Technologies, the leader in powering always-on application experience, on its acquisition of Flowmon, a global network intelligence company. The acquisition brings together application delivery and security services with deep network visibility and automated security incident response. Flowmon’s machine learning (ML)-driven behaviour analysis and anomaly detection provides the necessary early detection of the most subtle exploits by malicious actors before they have a negative impact.

The company is headquartered in Brno, Czech Republic, and has global channel operations extending to more than 40 countries. The company has more than 1,200 customers worldwide, including AEGON, SEGA, Tieto, Raiffeisen Bank, Kia Motors, KBC, and Orange and is recognised by Gartner in the NPMD and NDR categories.

Kemp Technologies is owned by the private equity firm Mill Point Capital.

The Kinstellar team was led by Partner Jan Juroška and was supported by Martina Mazůrková (Senior Associate), Matěj Večeřa and Sabina Skoumalová (Junior Associates).  IT/IP matters were handled by Zdeněk Kučera (Counsel) and Štěpánka Havlíková (Junior Associate). The Kinstellar financing team included Igor Šebo (Junior Associate).
