Yun Bi

Yun Bi specializes in competition, M&A, foreign direct investment, compliance, and general corporate matters. With extensive experience in these fields, she provides valuable legal services to her clients across a range of diverse industries.

Ms. Bi regularly advises and assists clients with complex merger filings in China. She has also built a strong network of global cooperation and frequently coordinates successfully with local counsel in multi-jurisdictional filings, including in the European Union, Germany, South Korea, Turkey, and the Taiwan region. Ms. Bi assists clients in response to antitrust investigations or inquires, and provides assistance with antitrust compliance audits, antitrust training, and competition compliance advice on daily corporate operations, M&A transactions, and other business projects.

Ms. Bi is a member of the Digital Economy Committee of ICC China. She has also been rated as a Leading Individual in Competition/Antitrust in 2026 by Chambers and Partners, as a Recommended Lawyer in the antitrust and competition law fields in the China Top Lawyers Ranking by LEGALBAND from 2022 to 2025.
