She provides comprehensive legal advice on issues such as employment relationships, management of foreign employees, ESOP, protection of female employees, trade secret protection, non-compete agreements, trade unions, collective contracts, remuneration, social insurance, benefits and leave, workforce restructuring, cross-border employment compliance, employee personal information protection, occupational health, and workplace safety. Ms. Liu has extensive experience in designing employment transfer or termination plans tailored to major transactions, including large-scale mergers and acquisitions. She also assists clients with economic layoffs and conducts employment due diligence investigations. Additionally, Ms. Liu has significant expertise in handling employment dispute cases, including those related to the termination of employment relationships, salary disputes, and bonus claims.
Recently, Ms. Liu has successfully assisted several multinationals in planning and implementing employee investigations in China. Leveraging her exceptional English communication skills, she helps multinationals understand and adapt to China’s legal environment. By deeply understanding her clients’ needs, she provides strategic advice and assists in making effective decisions, earning the trust of numerous large multinationals.
