Vincent Zhang specializes in onshore and offshore public offerings, private equity investment and financing, mergers & acquisitions, and option plan affairs. He has advised clients on a broad range of sectors and has particular expertise in advanced manufacturing, renewable energy, FMCG, semiconductors, healthcare, logistics, finance, and the environment.

Vincent has been involved in a number of remarkable projects, including: the listing of MicroPort EP Medtech (688351) on the Sci-tech Innovation Board; the secondary listing of JD.com (09618.HK); the listings of JD Health (06618.HK), JD Logistics (02618.HK), EDIANYUN (02416.HK), and GUMING (01364.HK) in Hong Kong; the listings of JINXIN Technology (NAMI) and DINGXIN Ecological Environment (DXST) on NASDAQ; the acquisition of Lion's Roar (an overseas mobile internet development and promotion enterprise) by Xunyou Technology (300467); the acquisition of the global high-end precision filament manufacturing enterprise Bode High-tech by Boway Alloy (601137); and the acquisition of the controlling stake in Deppon Logistics (603056) by JD Logistics (02618.HK).
