Zan Zhu’s main areas of practice include PE/VC investments, FDI, M&A, corporate restructuring, and domestic and overseas listings. She provides services across a range of industries including healthcare and life sciences, telecommunications, internet and internet finance, high-tech, media, education and training, human resources, logistics, catering and food, and manufacturing.
Ms. Zhu has extensive experience in investment and capital markets and is skilled at designing complex transaction structures and cross-border restructurings. She has handled dozens of traditional and new economy financing rounds, restructurings, and domestic and overseas listings, and nearly a thousand investment projects for clients such as JD Group, JD Health, Liepin.com, Foresight Genetics, Lexin Group, and JD Logistics. Ms. Zhu also led the Hong Kong secondary listing projects for JD Group (09618.HK), JD Health (06618.HK), and JD Logistics (02618.HK), all of which ranked among the top 10 in global capital markets for their respective years.
In addition, Ms. Zhu has been engaged by Beijing Fund Town, Suzhou Industrial Park, Cyzone, ZERO2IPO GROUP, Sandhill University, and other governments and well-known venture capitals as a law course tutor and served as a member of the Finance and Tax Law Committee of the All China Lawyers Association.
