She has advised on numerous iconic projects, including investment deals representing prestigious private investment funds and institutions such as LYFE Capital, BioTrack Capital, CCB International, Shunwei Capital, Grand Flight Investment, Qiming Venture Partners, Huaxing Healthcare Fund, HJ Partners, Kaitai Capital, Source Code Capital, Matrix, Linear Capital, Qingsong Fund, Poly Capital, Phoenix Tree Capital, JD Group, and Legend. Her experience also includes advising on multiple capital markets projects such as MicroPort EP's listing on the STAR Market, JD.com's secondary listing in Hong Kong, as well as Hong Kong IPOs forJD Health, Maoyan Entertainment, China Renaissance, and Zhaogang.
