Dr. Weining Yue has been practicing patent law since 2007.
Dr. Yue specializes in the electrical and electronic engineering aspects of patent protection, especially patent prosecution, analysis and enforcement related to computer science and technology, networks, telecommunications, and circuits. He has extensive experience in areas including computer software, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data/signal processing, multimedia processing, user interface and interaction, operating systems, computer architecture, storage and memory, telecommunications, networks and cloud computing, circuitry and chips, semiconductors, power and energy, and robotics.
Dr. Yue is proficient in all aspects of patent application and protection. He is especially adept at handling patent matters related to complicated and advanced technologies.
Dr. Yue and his team provide a full range of services, including patent application drafting, translation, prosecution, reexamination, invalidation, validity analysis, infringement analysis, FTO, due diligence analysis, patent transaction, operation and management of patent assets, licensing preparation and negotiation, patent mining, patent/prior art search, IP compliance, and IP contracts. Under Dr. Yue’s leadership, his team provides services to many famous multinational and domestic clients.
