邹洋律师，执业领域为劳动法，致力于为客户提供专业有效的法律咨询及其他劳动争议仲裁、诉讼相关法律服务。邹洋律师师承华东政法大学董保华，自2010年保华律师事务所成立时加入保华，现为保华律师事务所合伙人/高级律师。先后为上百家知名企业提供各类劳动法律服务，对劳动相关事宜的咨询、仲裁/诉讼工作积累了广泛经验，包括为诸多跨国公司制定和修订劳动相关法律文件提供建议（包括但不限于劳动合同、员工手册以及各类公司内部规章制度）；代理客户参与劳动争议的调解、仲裁、诉讼、协助客户应对突发事件和危机；协助客户与工会或员工进行沟通谈判，为诸多跨国公司在收购、兼并、重组时，制订人力资源重组、裁员及员工转移等方案。

Mr. Joe Zou, directed by Professor Baohua Dong of ECUPL, joined Baohua Law Firm in 2010 when Baohua was established .Mr. Joe Zou is now one of the partners as well as a senior attorney in Baohua Lawyer Team.Mr. Joe Zou has provided various types of employment law services for hundreds of well-known enterprises and he has extensive experience in employment related consultation, labor arbitration and litigation work including advising many MNCs on formulating and developing their legal documents concerning labor issues, including Employment Contracts, Employee Handbooks and all kinds of corporate internal rules and regulations, representing clients in conciliation, arbitration and litigation of labor disputes as well as helping clients in dealing with emergencies and crises. Mr. Joe Zou has also dealt with communicating and negotiating with labor union or employees on various labor issues. Mr. Joe Zou has been sought by many MNCs to provide advice on reduction in work force and employee transfer issues with respect to M&A and corporate restructuring.
