He also provides legal consultation for enterprises on day-to-day legal affairs in relation to all kinds of labor law issues such as labor and employment regulations design and compliance review, document drafting, negotiation, dispute resolution, compliance investigation, etc. Mr. Xu is currently a committee member of the 11th Social Conflicts Resolving Business Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association.
