William Kim is a foreign-licensed attorney and partner of Lee & Ko’s Employment and Labor Practice Group. Mr. Kim focuses his ever-expanding practice on employment and labor issues for multinational companies, and he has extensive experience in the full range of employment and labor law issues (from employment contract reviews to multi-year labor union management strategies). He is recognized and trusted by clients for his direct, practical, and strategic solutions to the clients’ needs, rather than theoretical or academic responses. Mr. Kim also specializes in internal investigations for compliance matters and non-compete obligation enforcement. Mr. Kim is fluent in both Korean and English.
