Career

Head of banking group. Counseled shipping companies and financial institutions on the acquisition of new buildings and secondhand ships, cross-border leases, tax leases, fund scheme, financial restructuring, inc. re-habilitation and other structured financings of which some have been benchmark deals. Outside counsel for the Bank of Korea, the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, KDB, KEXIM, KEB Hana, IBK, KIC and the KOBC. Lectures frequently in the area of aircraft/ship finance.
