Mr. Woo specializes in real estate development projects and commercial transactions. In particular, he regularly advises domestic and foreign investors in a broad range of real estate transactions across asset classes, including office, retail, hotel, multi-family, student accommodation and logistics. Further, he actively advised various investors in their acquisition of overseas real properties located in USA, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia region.

Based on his extensive experience in cross-border transactions over the past years, Mr. Woo has become one of the leading practitioners in the overseas investment practice in Korea including real estate and project finance.
