Hwan JEONG is a partner and the head of Antitrust & Competition group at Lee & Ko. His practice focuses on a broad range of antitrust &competition matters including investigation of merger review, cartels, abuse of dominance and unfair trade practices. Mr. Jeong has handled various international cartel cases such as FX, auto parts, capacitor, airline, LCD and DRAM cartels. He also has been involved in many global merger review cases, abuse of dominance cases, cross-border investments and general corporate transactions. Mr. Jeong served as an Advisory Counsel
for the Korea Fair Trade Commission. He was an ad-hoc instructor at the Judicial Research & Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea and the Seoul National University Law School.
