Career

Yong-Jae Chang is a partner in Banking and Finance Group of Lee & Ko. He has over 25 years of experience in banking, structured finance, leveraged finance, project finance, real estate finance and cross-border investment. He has been involved in many high profile cross-border and domestic transactions representing both Korean and other major international financial institutions and corporations. He is also a member of the Global Disputes Group and has been assisting clients in respect of international dispute risk management with his multi-jurisdictional experience. He served as the Secretary-General of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) and is currently the representative of South Korea. He was the member of the Organising Committee for 2019 Annual Conference of International Bar Association (IBA) in Seoul. He is also a member of the International Committee of the Korean Bar Association.
