His recent significant REIT/REOC experience includes the 2024 Anthem Citizen REDT IPO, 2024 Lantower Residential REDT IPO, 2023 conversion of closed-end Northview Fund into Northview Residential REIT, 2023 unitholder activism involving H&R REIT, 2023 announced privatization of NADG NNN REIT by its JV partner, 2023 West Side Square REDT IPO, Tricon Residential Inc.’s 2021 US IPO, as well as follow-on equity, ATM and debt offerings in 2024/23 by Sienna Senior Living, Boardwalk REIT, Primaris REIT and Flagship Communities REIT.
