Will's practice focuses on corporate finance deals for issuers, dealers and investors, and public M&A deals for offerors, targets and activists, with expertise in domestic and cross-border REITs and REOCs. His recent significant REIT/REOC experience includes the 2023 conversion of closed-end Northview Fund into Northview Residential REIT, 2023 unitholder activism involving H&R REIT, 2023 announced privatization of NADG NNN REIT by its JV partner, West Side Square Development Fund’s 2023 announced IPO, Tricon Residential Inc.’s 2021 US IPO, as well as follow-on equity, ATM and debt offerings in 2023/22 by Primaris REIT, Nexus Industrial REIT, BSR REIT, Flagship Communities REIT and Slate Office REIT.
