Alexandra Luchenko

Alexandra has expertise as lead counsel in complex commercial and transactional matters before all levels of Court in Canada, a number of administrative tribunals and arbitration proceedings. She has significant experience working on behalf of private equity clients, financial institutions, mining, resource, health sciences and technology companies.

At all times, Alexandra’s goal is to develop creative solutions and execute legal strategy with a view to advancing her client’s interests and objectives. She leverages her litigation experience to lead internal investigations and to guide companies through crisis management situations, including data breach or cybersecurity incidents, with a view to proactively mitigate litigation risk. A considerable amount of this experience involves complex issues that require coordination of numerous areas of specialization, including regulatory compliance, forensic investigation and media relations.

Alexandra is the co-Chair of the Vancouver Chapter of the Women’s White Collar Defence Association and a Certified Fraud Examiner. She sits on the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee and is the co-Chair of the Firm’s Student Committee in Vancouver.
