Lindsey advises on matters involving all levels of an organization ranging from routine workforce to executive-level issues. She also frequently advises organizations about how such issues impact corporate transactions.
In addition, Lindsey has an active privacy and cyber-security practice, advising employers on matters such as access to information requests, freedom of information requests, preparing for and responding to privacy and data breaches, and compliance with privacy legislation.
