Olga has taken a leading role on sophisticated transactions, including securities lead on Kinder Morgan’s CDN$4.35 billion acquisition of KML and the Cochin pipeline system by Pembina Pipeline Corporation, Strathcona Resources Ltd., a portfolio company of Waterous Energy Fund, on its numerous acquisitions over the last five years, as well as the Riverside Company on its take private acquisition of PFB Corporation and concurrent sale-leaseback transaction, among many others.
