Will Burns is a partner in the Securities & Capital Markets practice of Paul Hastings and is based in Houston. Will has significant experience in the energy industry, and his practice focuses on securities law and corporate finance matters, including initial public offerings, public and private securities offerings and similar financings, as well as related investment activities, as counsel to underwriters, issuers, placement agents, initial purchasers, and joint book-runners. Will has considerable experience advising leading, international financial institutions and investment banks, SPACs, exploration and production companies, midstream businesses, oilfield services companies, and master limited partnerships on complex transactions. He regularly advises public company clients on corporate governance issues and securities law disclosure and compliance issues.
