Ms. Kromm has over 20 years of experience representing private equity funds and corporate clients in public and private merger, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, complex carve-out acquisitions, minority investments, and corporate partnering transactions. Her experience includes representing clients in transactions with significant cross-border elements. Her experience has spanned industries, but she has a particular emphasis on the technology, life sciences and fintech sectors.
