Cameron W. Fox is the chair of the Los Angeles Office and a partner in the firm’s Traditional Labor Practice Group. She works in the firm’s Los Angeles and San Francisco offices. Ms. Fox represents employers in all aspects of employment law and labor relations, with a particular emphasis in the technology industry. An experienced trial lawyer, Ms. Fox has successfully defended employers in numerous jury trials and bench trials, in arbitration, and on appeal against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, breach of contract, and defamation. For example, she has secured full defense verdicts in high-profile state court cases involving allegations of retaliation against whistleblowers and in cases alleging discrimination and retaliation for political and religious expression in the workplace. She has also secured several full defense verdicts in arbitration on behalf of employers.

Ms. Fox also has nearly a decade of experience representing institutions of higher education in matters involving student and faculty discipline, allegations of sexual harassment and sexual assault (including litigation of and related to Title IX actions), free speech and academic freedom, and allegations of wrongful termination and retaliation.
