She is a true fighter and not a settlement lawyer. That is quite rare, she is someone that is always in your court and fighting for you. She loves to win, which is an important quality, and she is very driven. I get the feeling some lawyers are managing you into a wrap-up and settlement, but you get none of that with Susan.
She really understand her clients' businesses and advocates accordingly. She gives us all right guidance on the law and is so savvy regarding what clients are trying to achieve and helping achieving those objectives.
She has an impressive command of the facts, mastery of legal issues and the ability to simplify complicated commercial arguments in litigation. Susan is an outstanding and persuasive advocate in the courtroom.
