Paul Grossman

Practice Areas

Paul Grossman is a partner in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He represents major private employers in all aspects of employment law, including class action, wage/hour, wrongful discharge, discrimination, sexual harassment, and whistleblower cases. Mr. Grossman is the general counsel of the California Employment Law Council. Mr. Grossman received his B.A. degree from Amherst College in 1961, and his J.D. degree from Yale Law School in 1964, where he was a member of the board of editors of the Yale Law Journal.
