Mr. St. Onge serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and counsel to underwriters throughout New England and elsewhere for financings by the states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont, the District of Columbia, the City of Boston, and other municipalities and public authorities for transportation, housing, health care, educational, solid waste, industrial development and general governmental purposes. He also serves as borrower's counsel to entities that utilize tax exempt financings.
