Administrative, Energy and Environmental Law. Advises on matters related to the environment, such as waste, water, effluents, air emissions, noise pollution, protection of natural areas, contaminated land, environmental responsibility, energy efficiency and on zoning law (planning, zoning agreements, licenses). She also provides assistance in all types of administrative proceedings, including penalty proceedings and lawsuits in this area. Acts for a wide range of clients, including investment funds, international investors, development companies and financial institutions.

She has extensive experience in the area of energy, including the electricity industry and the hydrocarbons industry, and she is an expert in the regulatory framework of renewable energies. She provides recurring advice from an administrative, environmental and regulatory standpoint to developers in connection with the authorizations and permits that are required to build and operate a facility in these sectors, and ad hoc advice on sale and purchase projects and other corporate transactions, as well as in financing operations.
