Tuukka is a Counsel in Bird & Bird’s Finnish Real Estate Group in Helsinki, where he assists clients with his extensive specialist knowledge of real estate, corporate and M&A matters.
With vast experience and knowledge of complex and challenging real estate assignments, he advises on a diverse range of domestic and international issues, including real estate transactions and their related financial aspects, real estate development projects and construction, and lease matters. He is especially experienced in structuring complex development projects and drafting state‑of‑the‑art agreements.
Over the years, he has developed particular expertise and deep knowledge of complex development projects and real estate transactions. He also provides clients with strategic advice and guidance on structuring projects.
